Cancellation Policy
We understand that things may come up as to why you may miss your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please call and or leave a voicemail. it is your responsibility to remember your appointments booked to avoid any cancelation fees or no-show fees. We require minimum 24-hour notice of any cancellations. Cancellations fees are 35% of your booked service amount, and no-show fees are 70% of your booked service.
Please also be aware we have a 15-minute late period. If you realize you are running late, please call the salon to let us know. Depending on how late you will be, it will be up to the stylist/technician if they are able to complete the service. If the stylist/technician decides they will not be able to successfully perform your service in the allotted time, the appointment will be cancelled and charge a fee.
